Electric Cooperative
This cooperative based in Osceola, Iowa, provides a web site with
a useful variety of products and services. The Clarke Consumer Services
installs home or business heating/cooling systems , such as geothermal
heat pumps, and energy efficient water heaters. The cooperative
sponsors programs that teach energy efficiency and the latest in
